meet our founders
We’ve always worked best as a duo. We’ve been creatively, professionally, and personally collaborating since we met back in 2018! From helping each other build our post-grad resumes, to working in the events and marketing industries together, to sharing an apartment and two cats, we’ve become a package deal.
Over many martini-motivated conversations, we finally decided Caroline’s photography, Britany’s writing, and our combined 10+ years of experience in content creation- all shaken not stirred- make for a pretty good cocktail. That’s how Even Olives was made.

Caroline
THE PIT:
Caroline has been behind the camera for as long as she can remember. She’s an experienced photographer and content creator, having worked with several PR agencies to elevate client impact on social media and beyond.
She graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a double B.A. in Public Relations and American Studies before taking a full-time position at a PR agency in the luxury events space. After three years there, she went on to pursue more photography and marketing projects before pairing up with Britany to launch Even Olives.
THE GARNISH:
Off the clock, you’ll find Caroline STILL WORKING on one of her passion projects (likely in her favorite local coffee shop), grinding at the gym, or enjoying a Bravo binge session. She’s a lover of health and wellness, a planner by nature, and a true Monica Gellar. Caroline is a Virgo sun with a whole lot of fire in her chart, and her heart.
BritANy
THE PIT:
Britany is a natural-born writer with a passion for planning. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Screenwriting Arts. She started her career in social media back in college when she interned for a local social media and luxury events agency, and was inspired to take her writing skills and love of aesthetics to the next level.
After graduation, she joined a full-service marketing agency where she was able to learn and develop other areas of her marketing expertise, and quickly found a particular knack for creative directing. She went on to hold leadership roles at several agencies before pairing up with Caroline to launch Even Olives.
THE GARNISH:
Off the clock, you’ll find Britany STILL creating- whether it’s writing, painting, or putting together her latest mood board. You might also find her in pilates, at happy hour, or volunteering at one of her many philanthropic events!
She’s a true Rachel Green and a Libra through and through, and it shows in her flawless ability to maintain a work-life balance.
